How do I buy tickets online?

To purchase a Member ticket then you need to login and then go to the Ticket page. If you are a non-member start by going to the Dances page.

Select the dance ticket that you want to buy and Click on the red  Buy Ticket button.

Enter all of the required information on the Ticket page. (Any field with a * is required information). Click on the Add to Cart button.Verify that the ticket in your cart is correct and then click on the Proceed to Checkout button.

If needed fill out the Billing Information.

If Paying by Credit Card click on the Yellow PayPal button and then select Pay with Debit or Credit Card (Image 1) near the bottom of the screen.

Change the Country to Canada (Image 2) and enter all of the required information.

Complete the Transaction (image 3). Once the order has been processed successfully you will be sent to the "Order Received" page.

After a few minutes, you will receive an email confirming that the transaction has been successfully completed. It is recommended that you retain the confirmation email you receive as your proof of purchase.

If you have a PayPal account, click on the Yellow PayPal button and then enter your PayPal Username and Password when prompted at the PayPal login screen. Once the order has been processed successfully you will be sent to the "Order Received" page. After a few minutes, you will receive an email confirming that the transaction has been successfully completed. It is recommended that you retain the confirmation email you receive as your proof of purchase.

If paying by cheques, select Cheques Payments and click on Place Order. Once the order has been processed successfully you will be sent to the "Order Received" page. After a few minutes, you will receive an email confirming the transaction. Please note that cheques payment may not be available for all orders.

I've forgotten my password. How do I login?

If you have forgotten your password, you can get a new password by clicking on Forgot Password? on any of the login forms. The system will send a link to your registered email address. Click on the link and you will be sent to where you can change your password.

Sometimes I don't get emails from the club. What could be wrong?

The first thing to check is if the emails maybe in your Junk Mail or Spam folder. Internet based email systems can have very aggressive spam filters which can result in email that you want to be delivered ending up in these folder.

The second thing to check is that the Club has your correct email address. You can do this by going to your account and looking at your account details. Scroll down to the bottom of the Announcement Page and click on My Account. Once there select Account Details. You should see your email address. If it is not correct, let us know.

Another option is to add westviewdance.ca to a trusted sender list on your home email account. This will tell your email system that any email coming from westviewdance.ca is not spam and should be delivered to your inbox. We have instructions on how to configure this for a number of email system on this Help Page.

Sometimes when I go to my shopping card, something is already in there. How did that happen and how do I get rid of it?

If you add something to your shopping cart and don't complete the order by buying it, the order information is "cached" in your local browser in something called a "cookie". If you re-connect to the web site, this "cookie" will display the information that is cached in your cart. Eventually this "cookie" will expire and the information will be removed from your browser.

If you don't want to wait (and it can take awhile for it to be removed) then you can just delete the item from the cart that you don't want. Just click on the X to the left of the item that you want to remove.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by going to your account and looking at your account details. Scroll down to the bottom of the Announcement Page and click on My Account. Once there select Account Details. Enter your current password and then your new password in the appropriate spaces.Once entered click on Save Changes.

If you ever forget your password, you can get a new password by clicking on Forgot Password on the login section. The system will send a link to your registered email address. Click on the link and you will be sent to where you can change your password.
